How does the water trial work?

• Request a trial and share your address or area.
• Wait for confirmation of your assigned station, address and collection time.
• Confirm the water bag cost before visiting.
• Purchase the designated 5-litre reusable trial bag, or bring your existing designated bag.
• Collect freshly prepared Kangen Water in person at your confirmed appointment.

Water, bag and collection allowance

The trial water is free. The designated 5L reusable bag costs RM29 and is compulsory for collection. Confirm the bag price before visiting. Standard trial entitlement is up to 5 collections; any extension depends on availability and the team’s discretion. The listed appointment slot is 30 minutes.

Who can join?

The trial is open to new customers exploring a Kangen Water System, households within our service coverage, and people who agree to follow the usage and safety guidelines. Requests outside coverage or where collection is not feasible may be declined. We will try to arrange a convenient nearby station, subject to availability.

Purpose and use

The trial lets you experience the taste and quality of Kangen Water, understand different pH levels and daily uses, and decide whether to explore a machine. It is for demonstration and education, not medical treatment or therapy. The trial guide advises starting at pH 8.5, then gradually moving to pH 9.0 and 9.5; drink the water fresh, avoid leaving it exposed and avoid metal bottles. Follow the Water Guide provided by the team.

Health and responsibility

Kangen Water is not medicine and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. People with medical conditions, those who are pregnant or taking long-term medication should consult their doctor. Reduce or stop consumption if discomfort occurs. We do not sell trial water; it is provided for demonstration and education. Consumption is at your own discretion and responsibility. The trial policy states that the provider is not liable for reactions or consequences during or after the trial.

Our consultant may follow up about your experience. You can ask about pricing, package options or a full demo, with no obligation to buy. Your information is used only to coordinate the trial, provide education and follow up; it is not shared with third parties. Kangen Wellness Hub may update the policy to maintain safety, fairness and service quality.
