The current Kangen Water Station trial uses appointment-based collection from an assigned station with a purchased 5-litre reusable water bag; the water itself is offered at no charge. Kangen Water Station provides after-sales support including servicing, cleaning and maintenance for Enagic models. Support may also be available when the system was purchased from another distributor. Do not use alkaline Kangen Water to prepare infant formula. Neutral pH or filtration alone does not establish that water or prepared formula is microbiologically safe. Follow the formula manufacturer's instructions and current public-health guidance on water, preparation temperature, equipment hygiene, storage and feeding. Ask your paediatrician about drinking water for babies and children.

Enagic publishes certification documents for specific management systems and activities. Check the certificate holder, scope, validity dates and any applicable product model using the original documents. ISO management-system certification should not be read as proof that drinking the water treats disease. Association membership is also different from product approval.
