Ukon is turmeric. The Sigma story begins in Yanbaru, northern Okinawa, where spring and autumn turmeric are grown and processed into powder. The Malaysia softgel formula combines turmeric with fish-derived squalene, fish oil and six vitamins. Amounts below are per capsule.

Spring and autumn turmeric are grown in Yanbaru, northern Okinawa. Enagic reports working with 270 contract farmers under pesticide-free cultivation agreements, supporting local agriculture and tracking each batch from farm to finished product.

From Harvest to Your Hands.
After harvesting, the turmeric is sorted, washed and processed at Enagic’s Ukon factory. The washing process uses Strong Kangen Water and Strong Acidic Water.
