A Useful Role for AI in September 2026

A busy partner may have product information to read, a presentation to prepare and several customer questions to organise. AI can assist with parts of that preparation. You still decide whether the result is accurate, relevant and appropriate for the person you are helping.

The ILO's 2025 research describes how generative AI can change tasks within jobs, with human involvement continuing to matter. For a wellness business, that is a useful starting point: look for specific tasks where a tool helps you prepare, then keep listening and judgement in your own hands.

Begin With Information You Can Check

Choose a current product page, official instruction document or team-approved learning note. Give the tool a specific task using that material, such as identifying common questions or organising a short explanation. Then compare the draft with the original.

AI can misunderstand a source, omit a warning or add a claim that sounds convincing. If the source does not answer a question, keep it as a question for the team. This is especially important for product performance, health statements, pricing and income.

A Prompt You Can Adapt

Use this with material you have permission to share with your chosen tool. Leave out customer details and confidential business information.

Prepare an Accurate Introduction

"Using only the approved information below, draft a short, plain-English introduction for someone new to this product. Keep the original product names and warnings. Do not add health benefits, prices, research findings or income claims. List any questions the source does not answer. Here is the source material: [insert approved text]."

Turn Preparation Into Something Useful

For learning, ask for a glossary or a few practice questions. For content, ask for an outline and then add your own explanation. For a presentation, organise the questions your audience is likely to bring. For multilingual communication, prepare a draft and have someone competent in the language check technical terms and meaning.

Choose one small task first. Read the output aloud. If it sounds unlike you, simplify it. The finished message should answer a real question in language you would comfortably use yourself.

Keep Customer Conversations Personal

A prepared message is most useful when you adapt it to the conversation. Refer to the question the person actually asked, share one relevant link and give them room to respond. Ask before moving into a different topic or suggesting a further discussion.

Use anonymous practice situations when preparing with AI. Do not paste private customer messages, contact details or health information into a general-purpose tool. Keep the timing and tone of follow-up respectful, and review every message before sending.

Use KWH and THL as Your Starting Resources

KWH connects product introductions, Insights, contact routes and customer support. The THL introduction explains the learning and business system used by the team. These resources can give your preparation direction; their current access conditions and available features should be checked on the relevant platform.

The workflow in this article is a way to use your own suitable AI tools alongside those resources. It does not mean the KWH website includes an automated sales agent or will contact customers for you.

Put the Website to Work

Review, Share and Listen

Before sharing, check the facts, remove unsupported promises and make sure the message addresses the person's needs. Then pay attention to their response. A thoughtful question, an honest answer and reliable follow-through remain valuable parts of your service.

Try preparing one short explanation this week. Ask a teammate to review it, practise saying it naturally and notice what questions come back. Use that feedback to improve the next conversation.
